Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free Cancellation

You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Late Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one day of rental.

No-Show

If you do not show up at the agreed pickup time and location without prior notice, the full rental amount may be charged.

Early Returns

No refunds are provided for early vehicle returns. The full agreed rental period will be charged.
