Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By making a reservation through Albania Rental Car, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.

2. Booking & Reservation

All reservations are subject to vehicle availability. A confirmed booking guarantees a vehicle in the selected category or similar. We reserve the right to provide an upgraded vehicle at no additional cost if the exact model is unavailable.

3. Driver Requirements

The renter must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid driving license for at least 2 years. An International Driving Permit (IDP) may be required for non-EU license holders. The driving license must be presented at the time of vehicle pickup.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of vehicle pickup unless otherwise specified during the booking process. We accept cash (EUR) and major credit/debit cards. All prices include VAT and standard insurance coverage.

5. Vehicle Pickup & Return

Vehicles must be picked up and returned at the agreed location, date, and time. A grace period of 30 minutes applies. Late returns may incur additional charges equivalent to one extra rental day. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received, with the same fuel level.

6. Insurance & Liability

Basic insurance (CDW - Collision Damage Waiver) is included in all rentals. The renter is responsible for any damage not covered by insurance, including but not limited to: interior damage, tire/rim damage, undercarriage damage, and damage caused by negligence or violation of traffic laws.

7. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full rental amount.

8. Traffic Violations

The renter is fully responsible for any traffic violations, parking fines, or toll charges incurred during the rental period. An administrative fee may apply for processing third-party claims.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
